0.6.0 migration notes

Two bridge error classes are gone. QgisSdkBridgeSequenceError and QgisSdkBridgeStreamEndedError left the ./bridge entry: no code path constructed either, because a missed frame arrives as the stream terminal’s { kind: "gap" } and an end as its terminal frame. Switch on the terminal’s kind, as the stores already do, and drop any instanceof checks for the two.

Deeper module paths stay internal. The entry split into src/bridge/{client,errors,frames,protocol}.ts and src/stores/{base,form,host-query,operation,stream}.ts behind the same @archont561/qgis-sdk/bridge, ./react, ./vue and ./svelte exports, so an import from the package keeps working; a deep import into src/ was never public.

The wire is unchanged. HOST_FINGERPRINT (sha256:16790dc8...), HOST_SCHEMA_VERSION (1) and BRIDGE_PROTOCOL_VERSION (1) carry the values 0.5.0 had, so a page built against a 0.5 host needs no edit. The Python side of the same release is in doc-12 under Next minor (unreleased) migration notes.
